We have a detailed return policy for our customers. If you find any problem about the our products, you should contact us first. We are sure our service stuff will help you solve the problem. Most of problems can be solved by giving technical support and you have no need to send anything back. If there are irremediable defects in the goods, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our 12 months warranty.
Within 10 days (from the date you receive your items), if you find the products with quality problems, it can be returned and refunded. You need to send back to us the products in original package. When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will give you a full refund of the purchased item (shipping fee not included). (Note: Our quality-control professional stuff will give a final judgement on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced, and will not be returned for free if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.)
